Project Overview
The works focus on a general refresh of the restaurant’s interior and exterior theming, aiming to maintain the venue’s classic 1950s American diner atmosphere while improving comfort and durability.
Annette’s Diner remains a key landmark in Disney Village, known for its retro design, roller-skate service style, and thematic integration.According to the official building permit for Annette’s Diner, the project includes:
- Full roof and façade refurbishment
- Compliance upgrades for public restrooms
- Construction of a new backstage extension (staff offices, meeting room, restrooms, technical rooms & cold storage)
- Replacement of the existing flat roof with a sloped zinc roof, slightly raising the building’s profile
- Architectural and material upgrades fully integrated within the existing footprint (see images)
