Years after reopening following the pandemic, the Fantasyland Station of the Disneyland Railroad remains closed to guests at Disneyland Paris.
The station, located in Fantasyland between Peter Pan’s flight & Alice curious Labyrinth, has not welcomed passengers since the COVID-19 period, when operational adjustments affected several attractions across the resort.
While the Disneyland Railroad itself eventually resumed operation, Fantasyland Station alongside Discoveryland Station, never returned to service.

Since then, only minor visible works and maintenance operations have taken place in the area. No major refurbishment project or reopening timeline has been officially announced by Disneyland Paris, leaving the future of the station uncertain.
For many guests and longtime fans, the continued closure is particularly disappointing. Fantasyland Station was not only a practical stop on the railroad loop, but also one of the most atmospheric locations on the attraction, surrounded by dense vegetation, themed rockwork, and views unique to this side of the park.
Its inactivity increasingly contributes to the feeling that some areas and experiences across the resort have quietly faded into the background over the years. For more on this topic, see our article about abandoned and forgotten elements around Disneyland Paris.
While the infrastructure remains in place and maintained, the absence of communication continues to fuel speculation about whether the station will eventually reopen or simply remain another dormant piece of the park’s history.
As a reminder, the building underwent a huge refurbishment project in 2025, and all the infrastructure was renovated. The project was completed in November 2025.
